MERIT Profile Report Summary

The MERIT Profile is a character & behavior assessment tool to optimize your hiring and employee development efforts. The MERIT Profile can be applied as a company wide instrument or through custom benchmarks for individual positions (5 custom benchmarks available).

The MERIT Profile provides a view into 10 character competencies that are grouped as the attitudes, beliefs, and commitments of the person completing this assessment. The 10 character competencies are built around Future Achievement’s proprietary MAXIMIZERS principles.

The MERIT Profile is a web-based, print optional report of an individual’s responses to a 60-item character and behavior survey. Results are scored immediately and provide your leadership team with the following information to support your hiring and people development process.
