Through a discovery process with a client organization a certified MERIT Consultant uncovers areas of need and concern and demonstrates how all or certain elements of the MERIT Integrated Solutions can benefit the organizations’ overall mission and strategic initiatives.

MERIT Benchmarking

The MERIT Benchmarking system is an assessment and decision-making tool that establishes the desired character nd behavior profiles for given positions. When a benchmark is created, the end user has a powerful reference point against which an individual’s degree of fit to the position can be quantified. Organizations are encouraged to optimize the MERIT Integrated Solutions process by establishing a benchmark for every position in the organization. This not only results in consistency in the hiring process, but also provides for the opportunity to see an individual’s degree of fit across all positions for which a benchmark has been established.

MERIT Profile

The MERIT Profile is generated from a skillfully constructed 60-item survey providing a picture of an individual’s present character and behavior DNA. The MERIT Profile is available in a 6-page Recruitment Report summary and a 13-page detailed Employee Development Report. Each MERIT Profile provides both descriptive statements and numerical scores regarding 10 character competencies, 4 behavioral traits and provides a scoring for an individuals Attitudes, Beliefs and Commitments.

MERIT Leadership Development

A 3-day training workshop has been developed to equip managers, supervisors, training specialists and human resource professionals with a full understanding of how they can utilize the MERIT Profile and the MAXIMIZERS Principles (10 character competencies) to empower others to succeed within the entire organization. The performance and productivity of employees are largely dependent on their attitudes, beliefs and commitments in the workplace. The human capital of an organization truly is its greatest asset.

MERIT Operating System

During the training of the MERIT Leadership Development program managers, supervisors, training specialists and human resource professionals are introduced to the MERIT Operating System, which is a cost-effective set of learning tools. The learning tools incorporate the MERIT Profile and the MAXIMIZERS Principles along with a Personal Development Plan. These learning tools will help each manager and supervisor to coach the employees they manage with foundational character competencies and life skills to enhance their individual performance and productivity.

MERIT Certification Programs (Train-the-Trainer)

Future Achievement provides two distinctive certification training programs for internal and external human resource professionals, recruitment directors and training specialists. The first certification track focuses on implementing the MERIT Benchmarking and MERIT Profiles within an organization. The second certification track focuses on equipping participants with the ability to deliver the MERIT Leadership Development program.

MERIT E-Learning Platform (under development - 1st quarter 2009)

Future Achievement is in the process of developing multiple character and behavior development “blended learning modules” that will provide organizations with deeper learning for each of the MAXIMIZERS Principles.

MERIT Results Indicator (MRI) (under development - 1st quarter 2009)

The MRI tool will measure progress against a defined set of development goals. It will be used to collect feedback data regarding performance and distill it into an actionable report that an individual can use to measure progress and make refinements to an employee’s Personal Development Plan.
