About the Online Surveys

The online surveys take approx. 10 minutes to complete and can be administered online or in print form.
The surveys are standardized, assessment instruments that measure traits and competencies important for workplace performance.
The surveys do not measure technical skills (“hard skills”), but a person’s competency fit (“soft skills”).

The surveys have been found to be non-discriminatory because they focus on character and behavioral preferences and do not measure cognitive abilities.
