Catie Fitzgerald

Ms. Fitzgerald supports the efforts of the Regional Director in expanding the U.S. Western Region and professional women’s national initiatives. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day management and development of a team of Certified Professional Facilitators, providing on-going support to existing clients, and implementing business development initiatives within the region.

PROFILE: Ms. Fitzgerald is an experienced trainer, instructional designer and coach in the arena of sales skills development and customer service for all levels within an organization. She has designed and delivered sales and customer service training for companies such as Visa U.S.A., Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bell Mobility and Department of Tourism of Bermuda.

In addition to her background in sales training, Ms. Fitzgerald has experience in Human Resource management. She was responsible for strategic staffing, employee relations, compensation management and benefits coordination for Thomson-CSF Enterprise Networks, Inc. and NetCentrex, Inc. Ms. Fitzgerald holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from San Jose State University.

She is the Co-Director of the For You Network in Las Vegas, an affiliate of the National Association for Female Executives. She is a member of the Education Programs committee for the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Ms. Fitzgerald is an active member of the Las Vegas chapter of the American Society of Training and Development and the Financial Planning Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
