Ms. Long has over 20 years of experience providing business systems analysis and design for complex interfaces between software applications and custom systems.  She has served as an expert for many departments in evaluating and proposing modifications and analysis of business issues in all areas: financial, distribution and manufacturing.  She has developed many business system process solutions and managed the activities for multiple teams assigned to implement the programs.

Ms. Long has served a diversity of companies, industries and geographical locations as a business system analyst, designer and project manager for a variety of industry sectors such as: aerospace, automotive, consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and service organizations. Ms Long was one of two project leaders at the FURON Company responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise-wide applications and other business system solutions on a varied array of hardware and platforms at 25 plants nationwide. With a corporate reorganization, Ms. Long moved to the position of Business Systems Analyst at the largest corporate division in California, with the responsibility for total information systems planning, development, and support.

Ms. Long earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. She is certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) and certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). She is active in several professional organizations; The Association for Operations Management, Advancing the Business of Technology, Project Management Institute,  and National Association of Women Business Owners.
