Gregory Dolby

 Mr. Dolby is the Vice President of Advisory Services for Future Achievement International. Mr. Dolby oversees all activities of the Company’s MERIT Integrated Solutions and is responsible for the development and implementation of the professional certification and educational programs offered through Future Achievement. Mr. Dolby will be actively engaged in the North America and International expansion related to business development and certification training for Human Resource specialists.
PROFILE: Mr. Dolby is a proven business leader, with 25 years in Fortune 100 settings, including May Company and Federated Department Stores. He has held positions of progressive responsibility, both in operating and corporate functions. He was one of the youngest executives at Federated to reach the level of Vice President, and is skilled in understanding and applying emerging technologies to business challenges in organizations with more than 100,000 employees as well as family-owned enterprises of all sizes.
Mr. Dolby designed and managed an innovative Human Resources Services organization at Federated, an $18 billion company with operations in over 500 locations. This organization provided a wide array of Human Resources services and has been visited frequently by consultants and other companies as a model of cutting-edge Human Resources technology and services.
Mr. Dolby has also been an active organizer and participant in professional organizations for 15 years. He was a Founder of the Florida Health Coalition and President of the Florida Compensation & Benefits Association, and has been an active member of organizations such as the Society of Human Resources Management and International Human Resources Information Management since 1991. He earned his BS degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Geneva College.
