Mr. Eastman also serves in an advisory role to Future Achievement International in all areas of business planning, operations, marketing and sales. Mr. Eastman has many years of experience working with individuals and organizations to optimize their personal and organizational effectiveness.

PROFILE: Phil Eastman is the founding partner of Leadership Advisors Group, based in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Eastman, a highly successful, 17-year banking executive, draws on his extensive company, industry, and community experience to help clients to maximize their leadership potential. Mr. Eastman is a seasoned business professional serving in numerous executive roles within the banking industry. Mr. Eastman was employed over 10 years with Key Bank, and served President and CEO of Key Bank of Idaho (Idaho’s third largest bank with total assets of $1.4 billion). Mr. Eastman serves a diverse and growing list of clients in the areas organizational direction, strategic planning, leadership and team development as well executive coaching.

Mr. Eastman holds a Bachelors degree in management and organization from Idaho State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Mr. Eastman’s current civic involvement includes Chairman of the Board for United Way of Treasure Valley and the Idaho State University, College of Business Advisory Board. His past civic involvements included United Way of Treasure Valley, Campaign Chair 1997; Boise State University, College of Business Advisory Board; Idaho Bankers Association, Executive Council; American Bankers Association, Government Relations Council; Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry, Board of Directors; Boise Area Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors and Boise Area Economic Development Council.
